Hotel Accommodation and Ground Transportation

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, ground transportation and hotel accommodation.

Special discounted rates are guaranteed only for bookings made through the above mail adrress.

Special rates are on a B&B basis including breakfast only. Optional dinner is available for purchase at the hotel at the special price of € 50.00 p.p. beverages included.

Before booking your dinners we would like to remind you that the social dinner will take place on Semptember 27. We suggest not to book a dinner for that evening if you are planning to attend. Further information about social dinner will be provided shortly.

Please clearly state your status as registered attendee / speaker for the Addiction 2022 conference at the time of contacting the hotel to book your accommodation.

Please note that September is a busy time of year in Villasimius and is high season for both conferences and tourism. We have a limited room block at Pullmann Timi Ama Sardegna Hotel for attendees and speakers. We strongly recommend that you contact the hotel directly and book your accommodation as soon as possible to secure the best room choice and availability.

Please be advised that the municipality of Villasimius requires the payment of a tourist tax of € 3,50 per person/night (excluding children under 11 years). The tourist tax is not included in the hotel rates and should be paid when checking in at the hotel.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and should be arranged with the hotel in advance.

Room reservations are subject to the cancellation policy set by the Hotel.

It is your responsibility to check carefully the cancellation policy and terms and conditions of your reservation with the hotel at the time of booking your room. The Conference organizers will not be held responsible for any change/cancellation charges incurred by attendees.

Hotel Pullmann Timi Ama is approximately 55 km from Cagliari airport (Aeroporto Mario Mameli Cagliari – Elmas) and can be reached from Cagliari airport either by public transport or private transfer

Our approved service supplier Travel Service will be available during the conference days for transfers from Cagliari airport to the Conference venue and vice versa at special rates. Please contact Beppe Lodde at sardiniatravelservice@gmail.com or +39 340 2236601 to arrange your transfer. Advance booking is strongly recommended. Cash payment only (euro or US dollar) directly to the supplier.

CAR and MINIBUS rates are per transfer (not per person). These are private transfer services with vehicles reserved for you or your party.

Group transfers are available at special rates. Group rates apply only to groups of 4 passengers or more. Group transfers will depart only when the minimum number of passengers is reached. Since this is a shared transfer service, this means that you might have to wait at the airport for other passengers to arrive until the minimum quota is reached.

Our reference person and trusted supplier for ground transportation, Mr Beppe Lodde, will be present at Cagliari airport's arrival hall during the attendees' arrival days and will be happy to provide any information and assistance at no extra charge for both private and public transportation.

ARST is the biggest public transportation company in Sardinia. Line 101 operates from the bus station (Piazza Matteotti, Cagliari) to Villasimius and vice versa. Times of departure and frequency vary depending on the period of the year. Please check the 101 bus timetable here:
